Scope
These terms govern your use of the SupBor Android app (the “App”) and the supbor.com website, provided by BorteStudios (“we”). By downloading, creating an account in or using the App, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the App.
How your personal data is processed is explained in the Privacy Policy and the KVKK Information Notice.
What the service does and does not do
SupBor is a personal record-keeping and reminder tool for logging subscriptions, bills and everyday spending, tracking due dates and receiving reminders.
- SupBor is not a bank, payment institution or financial adviser. It never connects to any bank, card or payment account and never transfers money or makes payments.
- Amounts, dates and other information are entered by you. Calculations (monthly plan, trends, totals) rely solely on what you enter, and no currency conversion is performed.
- Nothing in the App constitutes financial, legal or tax advice.
About reminders
Notifications are created on your device by a task that runs at the time you choose. Android battery and power management, Do Not Disturb, notification permission or your device settings may delay or block notifications. Reminders are a convenience; paying on time remains your responsibility. We are not liable for late fees, penalties, service interruptions or similar losses caused by a missed or delayed notification.
Your account
- You need to sign in with email/password or your Google account to use the App. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account secure.
- Do not share your account, and change your password if you notice suspicious access.
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, use it with the consent of a parent or guardian.
- You can delete your account at any time via Settings › Security › Delete account and data. See Account and Data Deletion.
Acceptable use
You may use the App only for lawful, personal purposes. You must not:
- try to bypass the security of the App or its infrastructure, or access other users’ data,
- send automated requests that overload the service, or reverse engineer it (except where expressly permitted by law),
- use the App as part of any unlawful activity.
We may suspend or close accounts that seriously breach these terms.
Your data and backups
The records you enter belong to you. We process them to provide the service as described in the Privacy Policy. We recommend backing up regularly with an encrypted .sbor backup. If you lose your backup password, the backup cannot be opened and we cannot recover the password.
Intellectual property
The SupBor name, logo, interface, software, notification sounds and site content belong to BorteStudios and are protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive and revocable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Fees
If the App offers paid features or subscriptions, prices and terms will be shown clearly before purchase; payments are processed through Google Play under Google Play’s terms.
Changes and interruptions
We may change, add or remove features to improve the App. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free; maintenance, updates or our service providers may cause interruptions. If we ever need to discontinue the service, we will give reasonable advance notice so you can export your data.
Limitation of liability
The App is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or loss of data arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App. This limitation does not exclude liability for intent or gross negligence, nor your statutory rights as a consumer.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will announce significant changes in the App or on this page. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction. As a consumer, your right to apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees and consumer courts under Law No. 6502, and any mandatory protections of your country of residence, remain unaffected.
