Delete from within the App (recommended)
You can delete your account and all cloud data instantly in a few steps:
- Open SupBor and sign in.
- Go to Settings in the bottom menu.
- In the Security section, tap Delete account and data.
- Type DELETE in the confirmation field. If you signed in with email, enter your account password; if you signed in with Google, verify your Google account again.
- Confirm. Your account and cloud records are permanently deleted.
Deletion cannot be undone. If you want to keep your records, first export a .sbor backup via Settings › Data and backup › Export encrypted backup. Deletion requires an internet connection.
If you cannot access the App
If you lost your phone or uninstalled the App, you can request deletion by email:
- Write to support@supbor.com from the email address registered to your account.
- Use the subject line “Account deletion request”.
- If your account is linked to a different email address, include that address too.
After receiving your request, we may send a confirmation email to the account address to verify that the account is yours. Once verified, we delete your account and data within 30 days at the latest and let you know.
What is deleted?
| Data | What happens |
|---|---|
| Account information (email, user ID, Google profile information) | Permanently deleted |
| Payment plans (subscriptions, bills, price history, notes) | Permanently deleted |
| Payment and spending records | Permanently deleted |
| Preferences, cache and widget summary on your device | Removed from your device when you uninstall the App |
| .sbor backup files you exported | Stay on your device/storage; they never reach us, so you need to delete them yourself |
| Support correspondence | Kept for up to 1 year after the request is resolved, then deleted |
Deleted data is also removed from technical copies in the systems of our infrastructure provider Google, within that provider’s standard deletion processes. Unless a legal retention obligation applies, we keep no data after deletion.
Deleting data without deleting your account
In the App you can archive a payment plan and undo a payment marked by mistake. Archived plans disappear from your lists but remain stored in your account. If you want to keep your account but have all or part of your records deleted, send an email with the subject “Data deletion request” using the method above and say which data you want deleted; we will complete your request within 30 days at the latest.
